Date: November 5, 2025
The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated PolishTrefl (3-1) in Baku. Visitors were defeated by Azerbaijani Neftci (3-1) 92-87 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Trefl. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian guard Toni Perkovic (191-1998, agency: AltusBasket) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Serbian guard Marko Sinik (190-1998, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. American guard Paul Scruggs (190-1998, college: Xavier) replied with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists and Estonian guard Kasper Suurorg (200-2002, college: SFC) added 16 points and 5 assists in the effort for Trefl. Five Neftci and four Trefl players scored in double figures. Trefl's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Neftci have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with 13 other teams including defeated Trefl . Neftci will play against Kalev/Cramo (#4) in Tallinn in the next round. Trefl will play at home against Absheron and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
